A few years ago, I was fortunate to spend my vacation at Spirit Ridge, located on Osoyoos Indian Band's land. Unable to reschedule a coaching session with a client, and I chose to set up on the balcony and coached in the early morning. The picturesque view of Osoyoos Lake and mountains from Spirit Ridge, coupled with the vibrant sun that painted the autumn sky with hues of yellow and orange, inspired me to manifest my future: I wanted to start my days early, savoring a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.

Shortly after, I paused coaching to focus on social justice initiatives. I joined various committees, engaged deeply with my mentor coach for personal development, and delved into envisioning my ideal partner, exploring ethics without borders, and conceptualizing my future home.

Today, I am living in a beautiful home, with an amazing partner, and more integrated into the social justice world than ever before. Through these efforts, I re-learned how valuable coaching is, and that anyone can benefit from it, whether a coach or not. if I didn't take a moment and reflected on what my true desires were, then I wouldn't have had a life full of purpose and fulfillment.
